This coffee is a strictly hard bean Organic lot from ASDECAFE. It is grown by the Association of Sustainable Producers of Coffee of Guatemala. The organization has over 1,000 members and was founded in 2013. This specific coffee is from the Development Association Hope Toneca-ADIESTO-which covers the municipalities of San Antonio Huista and Cantinil Union.
