 A collaboration of three amazing coffee growing countries, Tanzania, Mexican and Ethiopia to bring a coffee with apricot and berry acidity, cherry ripe dark chocolate flavours, medium body with silky smooth finish! Both the Mexican and Tanzanian coffees are roasted to more a medium style help savour the acidty qualities yet still promote their natural full-bodied flavours without being over-powering. A more traditional lighter roasting profile for the natural process Ethiopian highlights the well known fruity/juicy acidity qualities from that country and region since it’s conception.
